Information you give us
We do not ask you to create an account or sign in. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message, including any screenshots you attach.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as:
- your IP address and approximate location (country or city level),
- browser type and version, device type and operating system,
- pages visited, the time and date of your visit, and the page that referred you.
These server logs are used for security, to prevent abuse, and to understand overall traffic. They are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify you personally.
Information we do not collect
We never ask for and do not want your passwords, voucher codes, GCash, Maya or bank details, or any login for a Piso WiFi machine. Our "Open 10.0.0.1" buttons simply open the address on your own local network; we cannot see the portal or anything you do on it.
