These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Piso WiFi Pauses at https://pisowifipauses.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

Piso WiFi Pauses publishes free guides that help people use coin-operated Piso WiFi machines and their portals, and help owners understand common settings. The Site is an independent information resource and is not connected to any Piso WiFi manufacturer, software company or store.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority in your country, please use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• use any information on the Site to access, change, damage or take time from a Piso WiFi machine, network or admin panel that you do not own or are not authorised to manage;
• attempt to obtain internet time without paying, or help others do so;
• copy, scrape, or republish large parts of the Site using automated tools without our written permission;
• attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the Site or its servers, or introduce viruses or malicious code;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us;
• use the Site in any way that breaks applicable laws, including the Philippine Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all original content on the Site, including text, guides, tables, illustrations, images, design, logo and code, is owned by Piso WiFi Pauses and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

• read and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use;
• share links to our pages on social media, forums or messaging apps;
• quote short extracts (up to 50 words) with a clear link back to the original page.

You may not copy, reproduce, translate, republish or sell our content, in whole or in substantial part, on another website, app, video or document without our prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, such as brand names of Piso WiFi software and routers, belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

5. Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep our guides accurate, but Piso WiFi machines are configured differently by each owner, and phones and browsers change often. Content is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Please read our Disclaimer for more detail.

6. User submissions

If you send us corrections, suggestions, screenshots or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not contain anyone's personal information without permission. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use your submission to improve the Site. We will not publish your name or personal details without your consent.

7. Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads are provided by third parties and may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the products, services or content of advertisers, and any dealings you have with them are solely between you and the advertiser.

9. Local network buttons

Buttons such as "Open 10.0.0.1" simply open that address in your browser. They connect to the device on your own local network, not to our servers. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the portal or machine that responds.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piso WiFi Pauses, its owners and authors will not be liable for any loss or damage, including loss of internet time, coins, data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
